Other than famous “Shizuoka Odens” from Shizuoka there are various unique local oden dishes will gather at the festival. For example, “Himeji Odens” from Kobe which features ginger soy sauce, “Wakasa Obama Saba Oden” from Fukui which contains mackerel meat filled kinchaku (fried tofu pouch), and “Ishinomaki Kizuna Oden” from Miyagi which contains beef tongue meatballs.
