EventsEdogawa-ku Fireworks and Ichikawa City Fireworks

The “Festival of Light and Sound on a Summer's Night" is held over the Edo-gawa River on the first Sunday of August every year. About 12,000 fireworks are displayed for 90 minutes, beginning at around 7 p.m. The event starts with a dynamic performance of music and a fireworks display, in which a variety of fireworks including a gigantic "Star-mine" special combinations are set off one after another.
