RecipeMushrooms and salmon foil packets


4 salmon fillets 1 pack eryngii mushrooms 1 pack enoki mushrooms 1 pack maitake mushrooms 1 pack shimeji mushrooms 4 shiitake mushrooms 1 zucchinis 1 green onion Salt to taste Pepper to taste Sake to taste 40 g butter


1Skin the salmon fillets and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.

2Separate a bundle of enoki into 4 bundles.

3Remove the stems of the shiitake and cut them into 4 pieces.

4Remove the stems of the enoki, maitake, and shimeji mushrooms and break them into bite-sized pieces by hand.

5Cut the zucchini into round pieces of about 5 mm thickness.

6Slice the green onion into diagonal slices of about 1 cm long.

7Prepare 4 sheets of aluminum foil about 30 cm by 50 cm and place the above ingredients on it.

8Sprinkle the ingredients with sake and salt, place a piece of butter on top, and wrap them with the foil.

9Place the 4 foil-wrapped pieces on an oven tray and cook them for 15 to 20 minutes at 170 de-grees Celsius in an oven.

1 teaspoon = 5ml = 0.16 fl oz
