Ingredients

1 cup uncooked rice 200 mL shiro-dashi 1/4 pack maitake mushrooms 1/4 pack enoki mushrooms 1/4 pack shimeji mushrooms Salt to taste Soy sauce to taste

Directions

1Place the washed uncooked rice, shiro-dashi (light color dashi), salt, and soy sauce in a rice cooker.

2Remove the stems of the maitake, enoki, and shimeji mushrooms, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and add them to the rice cooker.

3Mix the ingredients briefly with chopsticks and turn on the rice cooker.
