Fresh, vivid green leaves in spring, cool refreshing breezes in summer, delicious food and autumn foliage in autumn, and the snow-covered Northern Alps (Hida Mountains) in winter. These are just a sampling of the seasonal pleasures when staying at Ryokan Sugimoto. Why not stay at this traditional Japanese ryokan and learn authentic Japanese cooking from a professional chef?

Here is a special offer for you! On the first day, enjoy the taste of local, seasonal foods and calm your body and soul while relaxing in a traditional Japanese spa (onsen). On the second day, learn the essence of Japanese cooking from an expert. Come and join our semi-private cooking lesson!
