Squid Stir-fried

Ingredients

2 squids
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of mirin
Red chili pepper as you like
1 teaspoon of sesame oil


Directions

Clean the squids. Separate the liver from the ink bag and other innards

Remove suckers from the legs

Cut the body into rings

Cut the legs and fin into bite-sized pieces

Pour the sesame oil onto a frying pan, heat the oil on high heat, and stir-fry the squids

When the squids become whitish, put in seasonings

When the squids are coated with the seasonings well, turn off the heat and dish them up

Japanese Liquid Measures:

1 cup = 200ml = 6.76 fl oz
1 tablespoon = 15ml = 0.5 fl oz
1 teaspoon = 5ml = 0.16 fl oz
