Ingredients

水 400g
蚬 150g
昆布 5g
酒 50g
味噌  30g
真姬菇 20g


Directions

蚬吐沙的诀窍:浸泡在50度的热水中5分钟即可。

将蚬水昆布酒和真姬菇放入锅中烧。

沸腾后去沫。

加入味噌调味后即可。
