Ingredients

<材料(4人份)>

黄瓜     1根(切成圆片)

蘘荷     1根(切成圆片)

芝麻粉   依个人喜好

味噌   3大勺

头汤 500cc


Directions

在碗中放入切成圆片的黄瓜和蘘荷,加盐揉匀

将1的水分拧干后放入碗中装盘

在事先冷藏好的头汤中溶入味噌

将3倒入2中,依个人喜好添加芝麻粉
