Cycling in Tokyo’s Tama Area

ReleaseDecember 13, 2021

Accessible from central Tokyo on a little side trip, the Tama area is a place where you can enjoy different aspects of Tokyo, including quiet residential areas and spacious parks as well as the wilderness of mountains and valleys. Rent a bicycle at the station area and you can easily enjoy the scenery around town.

I am Ayumi from Chiba Prefecture. I love sweets. I majored in Japanese history in my university. I have visited many historic sites from the ancient days to the modern days on my trips. I have visited about 100 castles of various sizes. I am also obsessed with visiting “anime pilgrimage sites,” the locations featured in popular anime and manga.
