This red heart-shaped cake is delicious as well as beautiful. The inside is vanilla bavarois with berry jelly. This cake is sold at Chez Shibata. Personally, I bought this cake at JR Nagoya Takashimaya but Chez Shibata has stores in Nagoya (the nearest subway station is Kakuouzan), Tjimi (Gifu prefecture), Shanghai and Hong Kong as well.
