Ingredients


1 sweet potato
1 bottle of kanroni (candied chestnuts in syrup)


Directions

Cut the sweet potato and boil it. Peel the sweet potato

Smash it

Add the syrup from the kanroni into the mushed sweet potato, mix them well, and add the chestnuts (adjust the amount of syrup added as you like).

Japanese Liquid Measures:

1 cup = 200ml = 6.76 fl oz
1 tablespoon = 15ml = 0.5 fl oz
1 teaspoon = 5ml = 0.16 fl oz
