Kohaku-namasu (red and white pickled radish)
1/4 piece of daikon (peeled and cut into thin strips)
1/2 piece of carrot (peeled and cut into thin strips)
A: 3 tablespoons of vinegar
A: 3 tablespoons of sugar
A: a pinch of salt
A: yuzu juice as appropriate
Put the strips of daikon and carrot into a bowl and knead them with some salt (not included in the recipe).
Mix the ingredients marked A in another bowl and put the mixture into the bowl from 1.
Dish it up! If available, you can use yuzu as a bowl.

1 tablespoon = 15ml = 0.5 fl oz
1 teaspoon = 5ml = 0.16 fl oz
