Bamboo shoots and pork tempura

Ingredients

bamboo shoots as much as you like
half a slice of pork back ribs per tempura
1 egg
water
tempura flour
flour


Directions

Cut bamboo shoots into 8 pieces.

Rap the bamboo shoots tightly with pork back rib slices.

Mix a little bit of water into the egg, put it through the tempura flour.

After putting flour onto the bamboo shoots rapped with pork back ribs, put them through batter and deep-fry.

Japanese Liquid Measures:

1 cup = 200ml = 6.76 fl oz
1 tablespoon = 15ml = 0.5 fl oz
1 teaspoon = 5ml = 0.16 fl oz
