400 mL of tonyu (soy milk)
1 teaspoon of nigari (brine)
Mix the tonyu and nigari into the bowl well.
Pour the mixture from Step 1 into a heat-resistant container, place the container into a steamer, and steam it for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
After turning off the heat, leave it for another 10 minutes to continue to cook it by residual heat.

1 tablespoon = 15ml = 0.5 fl oz
1 teaspoon = 5ml = 0.16 fl oz
