Thank you for coming back.
On July 20 (Sat), when I was walking on the Nishiguchi-shotengai shopping street at the station to go grocery shopping, I suddenly came across a big crowd at the Shusse Fudo Temple! “Ah,” I thought, “It’s a festival, with lots of kids.” Looking at them closely, I could tell it was the children’s festival jointly hosted by eight communities around the Uchikanda area. The street was lined with community stalls selling yakisoba, Frankfurt sausages, and “yoyo-yoyo fishing.” The kids looked so happy in the exciting space with lots of fun. Good for them. I could see girls were especially clustering together at “Rilakkuma wanage” (ring toss). They threw rings to Rilakkuma goods, such as memo pads and pen sets, to get them. Well, it looked so easy to get them. It was good for them that the Rilakkuma company is located in Kanda-Tacho. Well, now I recall there was a free offer of Pocari Sweat. Again, it was good for them that the Headquarters of Otsuka Pharmaceutical is at Kanda-Tsukasamachi. I wish the companies that contribute to the community good luck from the Shusse Fudo deity. Meanwhile, my community’s “adults’ festival” is scheduled for August 30 (Fri). I wonder if Taiho Pharmaceutical will give us free bottles of Tiovita drink like last year… I wish them good luck, too!
