Shinsaibashi PARCO
Once the Daimaru Shinsaibashi Main Building, this shopping center reopened in November 2020. Its main feature is the 6th floor that focuses on all things pop culture. Among the stores that carry merchandise of pop culture characters both from Japan and overseas, there is even a booth dedicated to the American casual fashion brand “GBL” inside the “Donguri Kyowakoku” store that targets Studio Ghibli fans. Another popular store is “CAPCOM STORE OSAKA,” a shop of game maker CAPCOM, which has created successful games such as “Monster Hunter.”

Our recommendation!
Feel the excitement of the Shinsaibashi Neon Restaurant Town on the 2nd basement floor! The unique restaurants will stimulate all your senses as you get a thrilling taste of Osaka.

The food at the JR Shin-Osaka Station is more delicious than ever! “EKI MARCHÉ SHIN-OSAKA SOTOE” opened outside the East Exit in March 2021, and now boasts a total of 48 shops in and outside the gate. You can grab a bite to eat while waiting for your bullet train or try some take-out food from a famous shop—whatever you choose, this “food capital” of Osaka is an ideal place to relish Osaka.
