Komatsuna and Fried Tofu

Ingredients


350g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
1 slice aburaage(fried tofu)
700g dipping sauce
Sesame oil
(Dipping sauce)
800g bonito soup stock
100g light-colored soy sauce
100g sweet sake


Directions

Cut komatsuna and fried tofu into the size easy to eat.

Pour sesame oil in a pan and put in komatsuna and fried tofu. Stir with medium heat.

When the komatsuna is half cooked, add in the dipping sauce and boil it. Wait for the sauce to soak in. When you see the sauce is getting less, it is done.

Japanese Liquid Measures:

1 cup = 200ml = 6.76 fl oz
1 tablespoon = 15ml = 0.5 fl oz
1 teaspoon = 5ml = 0.16 fl oz
