Ingredients
蘿蔔乾絲 1杯
油豆腐皮 1片
醬油 3大匙
味醂 1大匙
砂糖 1大匙
泡蘿蔔乾絲水 1杯
Directions

將蘿蔔乾絲泡熱水發開

1泡開用的熱水和泡開的蘿蔔乾絲加入鍋中,開中火煮

沸騰後轉為小火,加入砂糖、味醂,並煮至蘿蔔乾絲變軟

最後將肉切碎的油豆腐皮與醬油,煮5分鐘左右即完成
