小黃瓜 1支(片)
蘘荷 1支(片)
芝麻粉 任憑喜好
味噌 3大匙
第一道高湯 500cc
Directions

片的小黃瓜與蘘荷放進攪拌碗中,灑鹽揉勻

仔細擰乾1的水份後裝入碗中

以預先冷藏的第一道高湯融化味噌

3加入2中後放入碗中,依喜好加入芝麻粉
