On April 9, 2026, DRUM TAO THEATER KYOTO will open in the Avanti Building, just steps from Kyoto Station’s Hachijo Exit. This exclusive venue is dedicated to DRUM TAO, the world-renowned taiko drum performance group that has toured in over 30 countries. Their powerful drumming, combined with modern choreography and dramatic staging, delivers an unforgettable spectacle that captivates every audience member.
Performances are held twice daily:
The 7:00 p.m. show features an energetic live performance filled with vibrant rhythms and a powerful sense of unity. The 9:00 p.m. show presents an artistic experience blending traditional instruments with dreamlike visuals. Guests can choose the atmosphere that best matches their mood.
