The Fun for Adults – Halloween in Shibuya, Japan

October 31st, 2018, there are people and people everywhere in Shibuya.

The Halloween event gathered many Japanese as well as a lot of foreigners.

Overseas, in common, children wear costumes and go trick-or-treating (you will be threated if you do not give candies) to receive candies from adults. But the Halloween in Japan is a little bit different. Adults disguise of their own way and go out son to the street.

Nowadays, foreigners who know the Halloween event through SNS and YouTube put the event on their travel agenda as one of the purposes of traveling to Japan.

Shibuya crowded with a lot of disguised foreigners.

They put on the costumes of animated character and enjoy their own ways of disguise.

Huge of people gathering to Shibuya on the day of Halloween is from about 2013.

Last year, over 1,000,000 people gathered here. It seems that the amount gathered this year is as same as those last year.
