Five Things to Do in Setouchi
As the only place in Japan that was featured in the article “52 Places to Go in 2019” by The New York Times,” Setouchi is now an area with rapidly growing popularity. The Seto Inland Sea is surrounded by the main island of Honshu, Shikoku Island, and Kyushu Island, and favored with a nice climate. Enjoy beautiful views and various fun activities in the Setouchi area.

Chichibugahama Beach in Kagawa
When low tide and sunset coincide, you can take photos just like those taken at Bolivia’s Uyuni salt falts, in which the water surface serves as a mirror to reflect the sky. Ripple marks created by the tides also make a great effect.

I fully enjoyed Kagawa Prefecture in spring, including not only Kagawa’s specialty, sanuki-udon noodles, but also the famous Ritsurin Garden in Takamatsu City, Shodoshima Olive Park, and Angel Road on Shodo Island!
