Japanese Cooking Class has been Held Again! — Simmered Mackerel with Miso, Squid Stir-fried

The menu this time is: simmered mackerel with miso, squid stir-fried and boiled of Japanese mustard spinach (hand-made Yuzu-vinegar).

The participants from United States, France and Germany have been taught how to make real Japanese cuisine from professional chef Ms Chie.

One of the ingredients is Squid. It was the first time for all the participants to touch the raw squid. They were afraid but made the challenge.

When they cut the eye of the squid with inattention, some liquid like black ink popped out. Everybody was laughing at it.

The participants from United States and Germany were repeat participants, and they still would like to join the cooking class next time because it was so happy.

In this cooking class, you can learn the essentials and tips from professional chef. And you can also redo the dishes easily by yourself at home after learning from the class.
