The East Wing building that opens this time is a large complex that is the tallest in the Shibuya area, about 230 meters high, and has 47 stories above ground.
In addition to being directly connected to Shibuya Station and having good access just above it, there is an observation facility “SHIBUYA SKY,” which is one of the largest rooftop observation spaces in Japan. It also has a large-scale commercial facility with all of its 213 attractive shops and restaurants under the vision of the “World’s newest and trendiest declaration.”
We would like to introduce you to the new face of Shibuya, “SHIBUYA SCRAMBLE SQUARE East Wing,” which has been attracting a great deal of attention.

First, go to the observation facility “SHIBUYA SKY” on the 14th, 45th and rooftop floors.
You can enter from the ticketing counter on the 14th floor and jump to the 45th floor by the interesting elevator “TRANSITION POD”!

TRANSITION POD

Inside the elevator, you can see images on the top ceiling and hear stereophonic sounds according to the speed and gravity, so the expectation for the rooftop rises with the escalator.

Arriving on the 45th floor, leave your luggage in a coin locker and then finally you go outside.

You will be captivated by the view of the city center through clear glass, but you shouldn’t be fully satisfied here.
You can go up to the rooftop observation space “Sky Stage” on the upper floor by taking the escalator.

An overwhelming sense of openness as, if it the space were merging with the sky!

You can enjoy the 230-meter panoramic view from the highest “peak” of Shibuya, feeling the comfortable breeze blowing through.

SKY EDGE

A scenic spot where you can look down on the scramble intersection directly below.

You may feel your knees wobble because of the height being more than you have expected, but you should pluck up the courage to come up to the edge.

CLOUD HAMMOCK

It’s also good to lie on the hammock and have a “laid-back” leisurely look at the sky.

GEO COMPASS

This is the highest position in the SHIBUYA SKY with unobstructed 360-degree panoramic views.

There also are sofas where you can sit and enjoy the view.

TOKYO SKYTREE and Tokyo Tower can be seen at the same time.

You can see the SHIBUYA FUKURAS, which is about to open, just below. And when night comes…

CROSSING LIGHT

Eighteen search lights light up the sky.

You will be completely delighted by the night view of Tokyo.

After enjoying the view from the rooftop, go to the indoor observation space “Sky Gallery” on the 46th floor.

Here, you can enjoy various hands-on experiences where viewing experience and performance are combined.
